Why wouldn't I just hire a full time web designer / developer?

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Nope! Unlimited means unlimited! You can add as many requests as you desire to the queue. They will be worked on and delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive updates on requests?
Many requests aren't as simple as "change our font size to be 14px instead of 13px". Something llike "build our new website from scratch" takes time to get right. So rather than you submitting a request and waiting months to hear back from us (we're looking at you freelancers!) you can get updates on the progress every 24-48 hours on average. We'll keep you updated on what is being worked on and what our current work looks like.

How do I submit a request?
We are pretty flexible in how we let you request work. Some people like to submit a Google Doc explaining what they would like. Others like to submit requests directly in Trello. Even some like to submit Loom videos explaining what they want built.
Basically if you can share a link with us it's a valid way to get us to started on something!
What if I don’t like the design/website?
That's ok! It's in the nature of design to be subjective. We get that not every design will be exactly as you like the first time. However we trust that we can adjust it or redo it to your liking. If ANYTHING in your designs or websites from us isn't pixel perfect. We'll work on it until you love it. That's our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Is there any design/development work you don't cover?
Of course! We don't build full-feature web apps. We also do not build full E-commerce sites. If you'd like us to design your web app or E-commerce site, reach out to us we can likely help with design but not with the backend implementation.
Basically it can be built with Webflow (and a LOT of things can be built with Webflow) we will likely do it.
Are there any refunds if I don’t like the service?
Nope, due to the insane quality and effort we put into our work we don't offer refunds. We will however continue to work with you until you are satisfied with the work we create for you.
Who owns the designs and websites?
You do! All of the designs and websites that we make for you are 100% yours to keep. We hold no ownership of them when we transfer them to you. We think this is the best way to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our work.
